1. Eligibility Period | مدة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.

يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
2. Product Condition | حالة المنتج

Returned or exchanged products must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by the original invoice

يشترط لقبول الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع أن يكون المنتج:
• غير مستخدم
• بحالته الأصلية
• بنفس التغليف الأصلي
• مرفق معه الفاتورة الأصلية
3. Non-Returnable Items | المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Charms and Jibbitz (for hygiene reasons)
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Products exposed to heat or incorrect storage

• التشارمز والجيبتز (لأسباب صحية)
• المنتجات التالفة نتيجة سوء الاستخدام
• المنتجات التي تعرضت للحرارة أو التخزين غير الصحيح
4. Proper Use & Care Disclaimer | إخلاء مسؤولية الاستخدام

Products are made from COCUI™ Foam, which is heat-sensitive.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if damage results from:
• Machine washing
• Use of dryers
• Direct heat exposure
• Direct sunlight when not worn
• Leaving products inside cars or car trunks
• Improper cleaning or storage

المنتجات مصنوعة من مادة COCUI™ Foam الحساسة للحرارة.
ولا يتم قبول الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال في حالة التلف الناتج عن:
• الغسيل في الغسالة
• استخدام مجفف الملابس
• التعرض لأي مصدر حرارة
• التعرض لأشعة الشمس المباشرة وهو غير مرتدى
• ترك المنتج داخل السيارة أو شنطة السيارة
• التنظيف أو التخزين غير الصحيح
5. Refund Method | طريقة استرداد المبلغ

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

في حالة الموافقة على الاسترجاع، يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.
قد تختلف مدة تنفيذ الاسترداد حسب شركة الدفع.
6. Shipping Costs | مصاريف الشحن

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error caused by COCUI-EG.

مصاريف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا في حالة وجود خطأ أو عيب ناتج عن المتجر.
7. Store Rights | حقوق المتجر

COCUI-EG reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or exchange.
The store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy conditions.

يحتفظ متجر COCUI-EG بحق فحص المنتج قبل الموافقة على الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
