بإتمامك أي عملية شراء من متجر COCUI-EG، فإنك توافق على سياسة الشحن والاستبدال والاسترجاع التالية، والخاضعة لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
1. Shipping Coverage | نطاق الشحن
English:
COCUI-EG provides shipping services across all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
عربي:
يوفر متجر COCUI-EG خدمة الشحن إلى جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.
2. Delivery Time | مدة التوصيل
English:
• Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia): Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
• Other governorates: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond the store’s control.
عربي:
• القاهرة الكبرى (القاهرة – الجيزة – القليوبية): يتم التوصيل خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل.
• باقي المحافظات: يتم التوصيل خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب ظروف خارجة عن إرادة المتجر.
3. Shipping Fees | رسوم الشحن

Shipping Fees by Zone
Shipping fees are divided into 3 zones across Egypt:
- Zone 1 – Cairo & Giza: EGP 99
- Zone 2 – Alexandria, the Delta & Canal Cities: EGP 120
- Zone 3 – Upper Egypt, the North Coast & the Red Sea: EGP 150
Shipping Deposit
To confirm your order, a shipping deposit of EGP 99 is required before dispatch. This deposit is deducted from the total shipping fee, and you only pay the remaining shipping balance upon delivery.

تنقسم رسوم الشحن إلى 3 مناطق داخل جمهورية مصر العربية:
- المنطقة الأولى: القاهرة والجيزة — 99 جنيهًا
- المنطقة الثانية: الإسكندرية، الدلتا، ومدن القناة — 120 جنيهًا
- المنطقة الثالثة: الصعيد، الساحل الشمالي، والبحر الأحمر — 150 جنيهًا
مقدم الشحن
لتأكيد الطلب، يتم سداد مقدم شحن بقيمة 99 جنيهًا قبل شحن الطلب. ويتم خصم قيمة المقدم من إجمالي رسوم الشحن، ويقوم العميل بسداد المبلغ المتبقي فقط عند الاستلام.
4. Customer Responsibility | مسؤولية العميل

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
COCUI-EG is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect details.

العميل مسؤول عن إدخال بيانات الشحن بشكل صحيح وكامل.
ولا يتحمل متجر COCUI-EG أي مسؤولية عن التأخير أو فشل التوصيل نتيجة بيانات غير صحيحة.
5. Returns & Exchanges Period | مدة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
English:
Exchange & Return Policy
Products that have been used, damaged, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for exchange or return.
Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. Customers are allowed to open and inspect their order before accepting it. If the order is refused after inspection, only the shipping fee will be charged.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, the product can be exchanged or returned at no additional cost to the customer.
For customers in Cairo, exchanges are handled through our branch.
For all other governorates, exchanges are processed through the shipping company, and the applicable shipping fees will apply.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
يحق للعميل استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وبالتغليف الأصلي.
الاسترجاع متاح وقت استلام الطلب فقط، حيث نوفر خدمة فتح ومعاينة الطلب قبل الاستلام. وفي حالة رفض استلام المنتج بعد المعاينة، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن فقط.
في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع، يتم استبدال المنتج أو استرجاعه دون تحميل العميل أي رسوم إضافية.
بالنسبة لطلبات الاستبدال داخل القاهرة، يتم الاستبدال من خلال الفرع.
بالنسبة لباقي المحافظات، يتم الاستبدال عن طريق شركة الشحن، ويتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن المقررة.
لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع أي منتج تعرض للاستخدام أو التلف أو تم فقدان تغليفه الأصلي.
6. Product Condition | حالة المنتج
English:
Returned or exchanged items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by the original invoice
عربي:
يشترط لقبول الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع أن يكون المنتج:
• غير مستخدم
• بحالته الأصلية
• بنفس التغليف الأصلي
• مرفق معه الفاتورة الأصلية
7. Non-Returnable Items | منتجات غير قابلة للاسترجاع
English:
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
• Charms and Jibbitz (for hygiene reasons)
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Products exposed to heat or incorrect storage

لا يتم قبول الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية:
• التشارمز والجيبتز (لأسباب صحية)
• المنتجات التالفة نتيجة سوء الاستخدام
• المنتجات التي تعرضت للحرارة أو التخزين غير الصحيح
8. Proper Use Disclaimer | إخلاء مسؤولية الاستخدام
English:
Products are made from COCUI™ Foam, which is heat-sensitive.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if damage results from:
• Machine washing
• Use of dryers
• Exposure to heat or direct sunlight when not worn
• Leaving products inside cars or car trunks
• Improper cleaning or storage

المنتجات مصنوعة من مادة COCUI™ Foam الحساسة للحرارة.
ولا يتم قبول الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في حالة التلف الناتج عن:
• الغسيل في الغسالة
• استخدام مجفف الملابس
• التعرض للحرارة أو لأشعة الشمس المباشرة وهو غير مرتدى
• ترك المنتج داخل السيارة أو شنطة السيارة
• التنظيف أو التخزين غير الصحيح
9. Refund Method | طريقة استرداد المبلغ

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

في حالة الموافقة على الاسترجاع، يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.
وقد تختلف مدة تنفيذ الاسترداد حسب شركة الدفع.
10. Shipping Fees & Returns | رسوم الشحن والاسترجاع

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by COCUI-EG.

رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا في حالة وجود خطأ أو عيب ناتج عن المتجر.
11. Store Rights | حقوق المتجر
English:
COCUI-EG reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any return or exchange.
The store also reserves the right to refuse requests that do not comply with this policy.

يحتفظ متجر COCUI-EG بحق فحص المنتجات المرتجعة قبل الموافقة على الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
كما يحق للمتجر رفض أي طلب لا يستوفي شروط هذه السياسة.
12. Amendments | التعديلات
