باستخدامك لموقع COCUI-EG أو إتمام أي عملية شراء، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية، والخاضعة لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
1. Store Definition | تعريف المتجر

COCUI-EG is an online store specializing in footwear, charms, Jibbitz, and bags, operating within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

COCUI-EG هو متجر إلكتروني متخصص في بيع الأحذية، التشارمز، الجيبتز، والشنط داخل جمهورية مصر العربية.
2. Products | المنتجات
English:
All products sold by COCUI-EG are original and meet approved quality standards.
Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual colors may slightly vary depending on screen settings.
Charms and Jibbitz are intended for use with footwear only.
عربي:
جميع المنتجات أصلية ومطابقة لمعايير الجودة المعتمدة.
الصور المعروضة لأغراض توضيحية وقد يختلف اللون قليلًا حسب إعدادات الشاشة.
التشارمز والجيبتز مخصصة للاستخدام مع الأحذية فقط.
3. Pricing | الأسعار
English:
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
COCUI-EG reserves the right to modify prices or offers at any time without prior notice.
In case of pricing errors, the store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount.

جميع الأسعار بالجنيه المصري.
يحتفظ المتجر بحق تعديل الأسعار أو العروض في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
في حال وجود خطأ في السعر، يحق للمتجر إلغاء الطلب وإعادة المبلغ المدفوع.
4. Payment Methods | طرق الدفع

Payments must be completed using the payment methods available on the website.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

يتم الدفع من خلال وسائل الدفع المتاحة على الموقع.
لا يتم تأكيد الطلب إلا بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح.
5. Shipping & Delivery | الشحن والتوصيل

Delivery is available within the Arab Republic of Egypt only.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider.
COCUI-EG is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

التوصيل متاح داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط.
مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب شركة الشحن.
لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية أي تأخير خارج عن إرادته.
العميل مسؤول عن إدخال بيانات الشحن بشكل صحيح.
6. Returns & Exchanges | الاستبدال والاسترجاع
English:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of order delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and invoice.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in cases of misuse, damage, or improper handling.
Charms and Jibbitz are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

يحق للعميل الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وبحالته الأصلية، وبنفس التغليف، مع الفاتورة.
لا يتم قبول الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في حالات سوء الاستخدام أو التلف.
التشارمز والجيبتز غير قابلة للاسترجاع لأسباب صحية.
7. Proper Use | الاستخدام الصحيح
English:
Products are made from COCUI™ Foam, which is sensitive to heat.
Products must be used strictly according to proper care and usage instructions.
عربي:
المنتجات مصنوعة من مادة COCUI™ Foam الحساسة للحرارة.
يجب استخدام المنتجات وفق تعليمات العناية والاستخدام الصحيحة فقط.
8. Disclaimer | إخلاء المسؤولية
English:
COCUI-EG is not liable for any product damage resulting from:
• Machine washing
• Use of dryers
• Exposure to any heat source
• Direct sunlight when the product is not worn
• Leaving products inside cars or car trunks
• Improper cleaning or storage

لا يتحمل متجر COCUI-EG أي مسؤولية عن تلف المنتج الناتج عن:
• الغسيل في الغسالة
• استخدام مجفف الملابس
• التعرض لأي مصدر من مصادر الحرارة
• التعرض لأشعة الشمس المباشرة وهو غير مرتدى
• ترك المنتج داخل السيارة أو شنطة السيارة
• التنظيف أو التخزين غير الصحيح
9. Warranty | الضمان
English:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover misuse, heat exposure, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
عربي:
الضمان يشمل عيوب الصناعة فقط.
لا يشمل الضمان سوء الاستخدام، التعرض للحرارة، أو التآكل الناتج عن الاستعمال الطبيعي.
10. Limitation of Liability | حدود المسؤولية
English:
COCUI-EG shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the products.
Full responsibility for usage lies with the customer.
عربي:
لا يتحمل المتجر أي أضرار ناتجة عن الاستخدام غير الصحيح للمنتج.
تقع مسؤولية الاستخدام بالكامل على العميل.
11. Intellectual Property | الملكية الفكرية

All content on this website is the property of COCUI-EG and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without prior written permission.
عربي:
جميع محتويات الموقع مملوكة لمتجر COCUI-EG، ويُمنع استخدامها أو نسخها دون إذن مسبق.
12. Amendments | التعديلات

COCUI-EG reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

يحتفظ المتجر بحق تعديل أو تحديث الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، ويُعد استمرار استخدام الموقع موافقة صريحة على هذه التعديلات.
